Nj\u00ebsit\u00eb Operative<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Policia Bashkiake<\/strong> \u2013 siguron rendin dhe mb\u00ebshtet evakuimet dhe menaxhimin e trafikut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sh\u00ebrbimi Zjarrfik\u00ebs<\/strong> \u2013 nd\u00ebrhyn n\u00eb rast zjarresh, shp\u00ebtim n\u00eb situata t\u00eb rrezikshme dhe evakuim t\u00eb banor\u00ebve.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Emergjencat Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore<\/strong> \u2013 ekipe t\u00eb ambulanc\u00ebs dhe spitalit lokal p\u00ebr ndihm\u00eb t\u00eb menj\u00ebhershme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nj\u00ebsia e Shp\u00ebtimit dhe Ndihm\u00ebs<\/strong> \u2013 p\u00ebr evakuime, shp\u00ebtim nga rr\u00ebshqitje dhe p\u00ebrmbytje, aksidente dhe emergjenca natyrore.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Pikat Kryesore t\u00eb Skem\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Parandalimi dhe P\u00ebrgatitja<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Planifikimi i zonave t\u00eb rrezikut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trajnime p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt dhe stafin e bashkis\u00eb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sensibilizim mbi sjelljen gjat\u00eb emergjencave (zjarre, p\u00ebrmbytje, t\u00ebrmete).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Alarmimi dhe Komunikimi<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sistemi i alarmimit p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt (sirena, mesazhe, media lokale).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Komunikimi i menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm me institucionet e tjera (prefektura, policia komb\u00ebtare, OSHEE, etj).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Veprimi dhe Evakuimi<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Zbatimi i planeve t\u00eb emergjenc\u00ebs p\u00ebr evakuim t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00ebrdorimi i qendrave t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme pritjeje.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sigurimi i ushqimit, ujit dhe kujdesit sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rikuperimi dhe Ndihma Pas Emergjenc\u00ebs<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vler\u00ebsimi i d\u00ebmeve dhe raportimi n\u00eb nivel qendror.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mobilizimi i organizatave joqeveritare p\u00ebr ndihm\u00eb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restaurimi i infrastruktur\u00ebs dhe rikthimi i jet\u00ebs normale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.
